GOODBYE KALLANG!
hello new sports hub! damn, im gonna miss the old stadium. So much memories, hehe. Just remembering the time when i was one of the performers during 1999. Millenium babies, carrying a star and forming a gold-heart shape to welcome the 2000. hee. Anyway, went to watch the friendly match between Singapore and Australia. How i love the atmosphere there, the cheers, the drums & the whistle. Lols. Everytime there's a 11-beat whistle, this group of boys & mens will shout, 'buto!' and i was like hah?! haha. I don't know, im just suprised lerr. Anyway, took 62 there and it took about an hour just to reach Kallang. Furthermore, we missed 1 stop and had to walk our way around the stadium to our entrance which took about 15 minutes to get pass by. Through the security, they checked our bag so just in case we didn't brought in plastic bottle bought from outside. And lucky me, im glad that i bring my own pink bottle. Lols, pink! haha. Anyway, blablablabla. The seats wasn't full, not untill 7 when people were getting ready for the Australia Vs Singapore match. Really, the match was spectacular. Singapore played great, but it just wasn't their luck to win. Like grandpa said, "the ball is round", understand what it means?- i pretty much don't. Haha, im sorry. Anyway, stayed on till 10 because we're busy waiting for the Closing Ceremony and the Fireworks. So, took the bus at 11 and reached Punggol by Midnight. Went to Prime to get a drink and walked home with baby and adik. Till then, good night soya beans!

currently watching Harry Potter and im sleepy like hectic. Stay up till 4 yesterday to watch hikmah 3 with my one and only mom. Hehe. Fun lerr, feels like its a girls night. Well, lucky me im on holiday or else i'll ended up not going school tmrw. Things never change, im still plain lazy. Agreeable? I guess not. Just partially, yes? Haha, anyway , just got my allowance yesterday night and i bought myself a huge packet of hazelnut chocolate which cost me like enough to change my big note. Share it with baby and had the rest for myself cause my sayang was sick and feeling weak in the stomach. No appetite and so on. So, tmrw probably be going out with baby to pick something important. :) So, blablablabla. Today - did nothing much. Woke up late, pick up baby at his home cause he left his keys and my place, played arcade, not badminton-ing today and went home to watch PCK. haha. Mum and dad still not home yet, went to buy tickets for this saturday's football match. Okay, im not so into soccer but it's fun to be part of the craze, yes? :) Met Maya and she was with her new boyfie. Pretty cute actually and they were chasing each other, maybe mating. Haha. Would you imagine if we humans mates like how a pair of cat does it? Pretty weird and painful wouldn't it? And i always wonder, my post is getting shorter and shorter isn't it? Take care. Should be gone to check on baby and accompany my cousins to watch tv in the living room.

okay, im still wide awake and im happily watching Totally Spies. Call me childish or whatever, i dont care one bit. haha. anyway, had a enitrely long day today. woke up late, constantly playing arcade with baby, watching tv and fitting my baby clothes on to my toys. haha. so, i had a great day. my cousins are sleeping over and its fun. noisy but fun. seriously, im missing my girlfriends! so, another two weeks to school reopens, i guess. and, im gonna take it for like no other cause i realise that school is a really tiring stuff. the journey, the classes, the teachers, the humid and the time. blablabla. had to go on watching the next episode and i know this may sound strange but i've actually changed my skin to pink and its pink, you see? haha. how girlish am i. Nahh, i think its kinda okay, do you? Nothing outstanding i assume? hehe.

okay, im not watching hikmah currently cause i hate today's episode. i just hate that Eva and her stoning devil plans. Kinda reminds me of one person though, haha. anyway, today's been great. make it up to baby after a little quarrel. i had to admit, im stubborn and sometimes, he's a little way too serious. So, i do admit couples quarrel. Tell me who doesnt? So, i make it up to him by meeting him at somewhere near his place and walk our way around punggol, to the places where we used to hang around at while we're still friends. anyway, before that all that commotiuon happens. Baby, came over like usual in the morning. Played games, downloading songs and sleeping the entire afternoon. Hah, doing that everyday doesnt seem to bore me. So now, im perfectly wanting to buy sims 2 deluxe package. And as for baby, im happy for him. His getting his PSP by this friday and im happy for him cause its like one of the many things he ever wanted eversince his birthday. So, anyway. Im getting ready for bed. And, ending my day with a little chat with baby over the phone while laying in the bed. I love you.

hello! wow, i guess i hasnt been updating and keeping up with time. heehe. recently, just came back from holiday at Langkawi. Cool place cause it was raining the whole first day. Getting there from Muar to Perlis is like already a night in the bus. Meaning to say, it takes 12hrs to get to the ferry terminal. And i was like, "nyah??!!" It was already too bad we didnt have a proper sleep but its worst when you're trying to get on board the ferry with everyone pushing you from the back but i manage to slip past everyone though. And i hate the 45 minutes trip to the island. It was stuffy and boring onboard and we weren't allowed to go up to enjoy the breeze bacause the people behind were already like kicking the front chairs, talking loudly, their children sitting on the windows, they joking out like sicks. So, honestly i had to admit it sucks. Anyway, when we got there- went to the Gamat place , i don't know what its called but its a center to show how the process of making gamats oil. Fascinating actually seeing this big boiling kuali and having my fingers dipped inside and realising it wasnt hot at all. Its just lukewarm but boiling. Fascinating isnt it? blablablabla. i hate talking more cause i got them in pictures. But, the bad thing is the pictures is not with me. I left it in baby's phone. So, i'll have to wait to exchange phones again and update. Updating all the longgggggg, overdued pictures. You know what, yesterday i've came up with the things i wanna buy and do. Kind of my craving and wishlist which must, must be done. so here goes.

i sure do have alot of cravings, do i? except that, this are the only few i can think of. :)

10 ways to outwit your appetite!


1. Feed it protein for breakfast. You'll be less hungry later on and end up eating 267 fewer calories during the day. At least that's what happened on days when St. Louis University researchers gave overweight women two scrambled eggs and two slices of jelly-topped toast for breakfast rather than about half that protein.
2. Make it climb a flight of stairs. At home, store the foods that tempt you most way out of reach. For instance, Cornell University food psychologist Brian Wansink, PhD, keeps his favorite soda in a basement fridge. "Half the time I'm too lazy to run down there to get it, so I drink the water in the kitchen."
3. Sleep on it. People who don't get their eight hours of zzz's experience hormonal fluctuations that increase appetite, report researchers.
4. Give it something else to think about. When scientists scanned the brains of people eating different foods, they found that the brain reacts to fat in the mouth in much the same way that the nose responds to a pleasant aroma. So if you feel a craving coming on, apply your favorite scent.
5. Never let it see a heaping plate. The more food that's in front of you, the more you'll eat. So at a restaurant, ask your waiter to pack up half of your meal before serving it to you, then eat the extras for lunch the next day.
6. Put it under the lights. You consume fewer calories at a well-lit restaurant table than you do dining in a dark corner. "In the light, you're more self-conscious and worry that other patrons are watching what you eat," explains Wansink.
7. Talk it down. Entertaining friends with a great story doesn't give you much time to eat up, so you'll probably still have food on your plate when they're done. Once they're finished, call it quits too.
8. Offer it a seat. If you sit down to snack -- and use utensils and a plate -- you'll eat fewer calories at subsequent meals.
9. Satisfy it with soup. Start lunch with about 130 calories worth of vegetable soup and you'll eat 20 percent fewer calories during lunch overall, say Penn State experts.
10. Give it little choice. Packages that contain assorted varieties of cookies, candy, dips, cheese, etc., make you want to try all the flavors. The effect is so powerful, says Wansink, that when people are given 10 colors of M&Ms to munch on, not seven, they eat 30 percent more!

okay baby. im trying to do this real quickie. haha. at least, im trying to. okay, so today it was like normal. baby came over, watched tv and we played a few games. then, went to mall to get food & played badminton after that with mum. yes, badminton was fun larr and i really think its a good way to start my dietting program. so, i did. So, tmrw I'm having some plans over at Pasir Ris Park. Having some family day function. But, it was just gonna be me, baby, bro, uncle and his family. Goes along with some of baby's friends whose coming to compete in the 5 a-side soccer tournament. yes, so you guys better play hard cos im cheering. haha. Since Uncle was part of the organisation team, i decided to give him some support and came (though it's like freaking early i had to wake up). so, hurray! im settled. take care my bloggoholics friends. im signing out.

honestly, i go around in school with a big bag containing
smaller bags to keep my stuffs. compartments works
for me in a troublesome way. obviously, i love snapping picture
of the inside of my own bag. It's vibrant and cramp and yet,
im still loving the picture of it. haha. anyway,
school was fine. During OFA, the teacher was lecturing about
stuffs thas totally not relating. Yeah, yeah. blablabla abt
30 minutes and then stops. Nothing interesting about BZF though,
just theory and nothing, goes the same for ACF - cash book
and test paper. yes, gone home early today cause i'm too
tired. baby fetched me and took MRT home. at home,
i was resting the whole day while baby was busy playing xbox
with my two cousins. After sending them in the evening, baby, mum
and i went to LJS and ate the Chocolate Cream Pie. I don't know,
i do think i prefer the Hershey pie at BK. It's different and a little
more chocolate. lols, so anyway - packing my bag for now. so,
hip-hip-hurray im blogging off.

she's my little friend. opps, miss FI! so, here we are. munn, sha, fifi peeky, peeky red & yellow. sweet laughter.
okay, i went through alot of stuffs today. so, let's begin from morning.
early morning i woke up rather late i suppose, @ 6.50. yea, haha. i have
this syndrome of waking upo early lerr. suppose to meet buds at coffee
bean by 8 but unexpectedly, i reached there at 8.30. so anyway, while
waiting for dearest Shasha, i saw this man infront of me with his baby girl.
And i notice, he's so affectionate and so loving towards the baby. & honestly,
its cute when he sang and talked to the baby. I think the baby name was Arial
i guess because when he's friend came along with a baby, he was saying 'arial, look
who's here. say hello.' i was giggling at the back because the baby can't even
blurt out words like yes. i mean, she's like 8 months old? yes, i think so.
okay,okay. afterwhich, it was reaching 9 and we make our way to school. yes, the sun's hot and burning down and the path to school was wow so near. blablabla, first lesson
was boring old ACF - learning cash book & still doing. Okay, i guess i have been doing
homework and we got our test paper today. suprisingly, i got an A and i was 'huh? really? A?' it's very,very hard to believe because HONESTLY in my entire pri & sec school life, never had i even reached grade C. so, i was suprise ya? yess, i was like jumping of the roof hurray!
Anyway, the teacher wasn't really happy. She kept saying 'the marking scheme was not strict,
the want students to pass & blablablabla ,she goes on. In her point, i suspected that her point
was that we passed it by luck. okay, so now im like uh?
whatever it was, i think i deserve an A in this test.
so, OFA was next and it was boringg. i don't know which part but i really think
i kind of hate excel. yes, and words too. Mailmerge? - plssss. To many stuffs to remember and im going to need another micro chip to support my cpu. but, whats fun about it is that we get to sit in a cool place and only typing stuffs. haha. blablablablab, nothing much here.
so, BZF we had to act today & i don't know how we did it but i guess im satisfied?
yes? no? i mean 75-25, really. i mean, we did it well but i think during rehearse, we did our
best. so, whatever it is, it's all over. let bygones be bygones.haha. yeah, everything went
on smoothly i guranteed.
so, lalala. went home at 4 because i was meeting baby at dhoby ghaut. sincerely,
i had to thanked Miss Shasha Sohaimi for being so, so, so sweet. Thank you for
