Called the CST service and they sure did take a long time to answer with all THOSE MACHINES ASKING DEBIT, CREDIT lah whatever.  Then, FINALLY baby helped me called up the "Loss of ATM card' hotline.  AND AGAIN, FINALLY I GOT TO TALK TO A HUMAN. IRRITATING SIA. Seriously, im panicking and my damn ATM is stuck inside, what do you expect?? With a flatt batt phone, im sure it doesn't make things easy for me.
